A national lighting solutions provider is seeking a Sales Associate to support its sales team and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners across multiple states. Reporting to the Sales Enablement function, this role supports sales operations, customer engagement and brand presence within wholesale branches. You will assist with quotations, reporting, CRM administration and customer service while supporting the promotion and merchandising of products.
Your new role

• Prepare and manage sales quotations, reports and CRM updates
• Support a portfolio of small-volume customers
• Assist with order entry, back-order monitoring and warranty claims
• Track and report on sales performance against KPIs
• Provide product, pricing and basic technical support
• Maintain POS materials, merchandising and sales collateral in branches
• Support inbound calls and general office administration as required
• Stay current with product launches, promotions and training

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support, customer service or a related industry
• Exposure to lighting or electrical products needed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Customer-focused, proactive and team-oriented
• Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
