Description
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in data migration. You have found the right teamAs a Lead -Implementation within the Workplace Solutions Implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in leading data migration activities and process improvement projects that support the Client Onboarding -Implementation team.
Job responsibilities
- Oversee and execute end-to-end data migration activities for client onboarding, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary Implementation-team resource for data migration, providing expert guidance and technical support.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment. Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across the team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless onboarding and data migration aligned to project requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, timelines, and handoffs to keep migrations on track.
- Oversee collection, review, and processing of required documentation and data to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
- Validate data quality and completeness, resolving gaps to protect downstream processing and reporting.
- Drive process improvement initiatives focused on data and broader implementation workflows.
- Evaluate onboarding and migration procedures continuously to identify efficiency opportunities and improve outcomes.
- Resolve implementation questions, risks, and issues promptly, applying structured problem-solving to maintain project momentum.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Lead project teams by delegating work effectively and mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.
- Organize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Analyze situations to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful data migration and process improvement delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build strong working relationships and support shared outcomes.
- Adapt to evolving business needs by embracing new challenges and learning new systems and processes.
- Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills to manage, analyze, and present data efficiently.
- Apply data migration tools and methodologies to support accurate, controlled migrations.
- Anticipate team needs and proactively address potential risks before they escalate.
- Prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in data migration, process improvement, equity compensation, fintech, or similar industry desirable but not required.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes is a plus.
