Description

DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas seeks a senior technology leader to direct enterprise data integration, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across Yardi, RentCafe,Paycom, Salesforce, Power BI, and related systems. The position serves as the lead authority for
enterprise data architecture and supports data-driven decision making across agency operations.

Responsibilities include developing enterprise integration frameworks; overseeing API, ETL/ELT, and cross-system data solutions; building dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting environments; leading data governance, security, quality assurance, compliance efforts, automation initiatives, vendor coordination, implementation activities, and staff supervision.

Required qualifications include experience in data integration, analytics, data engineering, or enterprise applications; leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams; and strong
expertise with SQL Server, Power BI, ETL tools, data modeling, reporting, and cloud environments. Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, Salesforce, and Paycom is preferred. Relevant Microsoft, Azure, Salesforce, Yardi, or data certifications are desirable.
