Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMO Support Specialist to assist in the project management and coordination of a complex, multi-year SAP systems

deployment. The role will be crucial in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of this business transformation initiative, ensuring timely delivery and effective

communication across global and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project management activities for SAP system deployment.

• Monitor and manage project schedules and milestones using PMO tools; proactively follow up and raise alerts when necessary.

• Organize, facilitate, and support various project-related meetings; prepare and maintain necessary materials.

• Facilitate effective communication across departments, particularly between operations and IT.

• Support collaboration with global stakeholders, especially MACH1 and Caterpillar IT teams in the U.S.

• Capture and track project progress and issues; escalate risks or delays as appropriate.

Required Skills s Experience:

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Proven experience in project management or PMO roles supporting large-scale, complex programs; experience across multiple projects is a strong plus.

• Experience working with business stakeholders to plan and execute project tasks, with a solid understanding of critical paths (MS Project experience is

advantageous).

• Deep understanding and adherence to PMO governance frameworks.

本ポジションでは,企業の業務変革(ビジネストランスフォーメーション)を推進する重要なプロジェクトにおいて,プロジェクト計画,実行,進捗管理などのプロジェクトマネジメント業務をサポートしていただきます。グローバルチームや部門横断型チームとの円滑なコミュニケーションを通じて,プロジェクトの円滑な推進および期限内での成果物の提供に貢献していただきます。

■ 主な業務内容

• SAPシステム導入プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント業務のサポート
• PMOツールを使用したプロジェクトスケジュールおよびマイルストーンの管理• 監視
• 必要に応じたフォローアップやアラートの発信
• 各種プロジェクト関連会議の調整,ファシリテーション,および運営サポート
• 会議資料の作成および管理
• 業務部門とIT部門を中心とした部門間コミュニケーションの促進
• MACH1チームおよび米国Caterpillar ITチームを含むグローバル関係者との連携支援
• プロジェクトの進捗状況や課題の管理• 追跡
• リスクやスケジュール遅延の適切なエスカレーション

■ 必須スキル• 経験

• 日本語ネイティブレベル,およびビジネスレベルの英語力(読み• 書き• 会話)
• 大規模かつ複雑なプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメントまたはPMO経験
• 複数プロジェクトの支援経験があれば尚可
• ビジネス部門のステークホルダーと協力しながら,プロジェクト計画• 実行を推進した経験
• クリティカルパスの理解(MS Projectの使用経験があれば歓迎)
