Description
The CompanyOur client is an expanding hedge fund that has been performing extremely well and is growing its business. They are seeking a driven team member to partner directly with the CIO and COO, playing a key role in investment reporting to investors, data consolidation, and fund performance and attribution analysis, as well as supporting investor meetings and presentations. This is a high‑exposure role and a strong platform for someone looking to pursue a long‑term and rewarding career in investment management, learn from experienced investors, and stay close to the markets.
The Role
- Build and maintain key client‑related data sets, such as investor lists, strategy capacity trackers, and performance or fee monitoring tools.
- Perform ongoing analysis of investor activity, fund returns, strategy capacity, and fee trends to support decision‑making across the business.
- Support the preparation of data‑driven marketing and internal materials by producing charts, dashboards, and presentations (e.g., monthly factsheets).
- Serve as a polished representative of the firm in all communications, interacting professionally with internal teams, clients, prospects, fund boards, and external service providers.
- Assist in onboarding new investors and help manage ongoing client needs as part of the broader Investment Services function.
- Contribute to new product initiatives by conducting background research, data review, and preliminary analysis.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher with approximately 3-7 years' finance experience.
- Graduates from top universities highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong project management experience.
- Open to candidates from any finance background.
- Presentable with excellent client service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Excel.
- Client-centric, proactive, reliable, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills; high attention to detail, ethical, organized, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
