We hope you have taken some time to get to know us. In case it wasn't abundantly clear, we consistently talk about things like equity, affordability, racial justice, sustainability and climate change; because we can't do our part to add beauty to our world if the benefits aren't there for everyone.
We Sketch together on Mondays.
We work about 50/50 in the office and remote and love it that way.
We think a good GIF is worth a thousand words.
And we really really really love what we do.
We are a small firm which means that we all wear ALL the hats and while we are great at what we do, we are also consistently striving for better. We're looking for someone who is ready to run their own project — start to finish, client and consultants and all — without needing us to hold their hand, while still being genuinely excited to jump into Revit and get their hands dirty when a project needs it. We want someone who builds people up rather than needing to be the smartest person in the room, and who is here because our mission actually means something to them, not just because it's a job.
You can leave your favorite hat at home, we would hate for you to get it dirty and we have plenty of them for you to wear.
