Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse docket of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and high-net-worth property division.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations across Texas.
- Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and complex discovery.
- Maintain "concierge-level" communication with clients to manage expectations and provide case updates.
- Conduct initial consultations and lead case strategy from intake to final decree.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated family law experience in Texas.
- License: Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active membership in the State Bar of Texas.
- Professional Standing: Must be in good standing with no history of disciplinary action or public sanctions.
- Skills: Exceptional oral advocacy, legal writing, and high emotional intelligence.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in modern practice management software is a plus.
