Description
Join a close-knit team of three experienced providers w/ an established patient panel ready for you from day one. This rural facility offers the opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine, combining both inpatient & outpatient care for a well-rounded & rewarding clinical experienceDetails:
• Practice in a setting that prioritizes quality over volume, w/ a manageable, patient-centered schedule
• 4-day workweek supporting strong work-life balance
• Daily responsibilities may include rounding on a single inpatient, providing backup for ED consults, & seeing 10-12 patients
• Utilize Oracle Cerner EMR w/ an Ambient AI listening tool to streamline documentation & improve efficiency
• Join a supportive culture focused on long-term retention & building meaningful patient relationships
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary of $350K w/ total earning potential exceeding $500K
• $90K in student loan repayment assistance
• 6 weeks of PTO
