Description
Description
The Fair Shot Texas PAC is a general purpose political action committee associated with the Texas AFL-CIO working to elect pro-worker candidates up and down the ballot, build lasting worker power, and advance an economy that delivers a fair shot for every Texan. The PAC is building a targeted field program to elect pro-labor candidates across Texas in 2026 and seeking Regional Organizing Directors in key regions around the state to help lead that effort.
Field Representatives are the backbone of Fair Shot Texas PAC's voter contact program. Working under the direction of a Regional Organizing Director, Field Representatives knock on doors, have meaningful conversations with voters, and help build a strong, visible presence for the labor movement in their community. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on campaign experience, earn a paycheck while doing work that matters, and help elect pro-worker candidates across Texas.
