Job Summary
Provides field-based technical support by delivering, installing, and maintaining equipment while ensuring proper operation and customer understanding. Combines technical service with direct customer interaction, supporting safe and effective equipment usage and delivering high-quality service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver and install equipment at customer locations
Set up and test equipment to ensure proper functionality
Educate customers on safe and correct equipment usage
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks
Provide in-person customer support with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Coordinate with internal teams for service and support needs
Requirements
Minimum Requirements / Skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Attention to detail
Ability to learn and adapt to technical equipment
Customer-focused and empathetic approach
Ability to work independently in field environments
Work Environment
Field-based (on-site at customer locations)
