Description
Circet - We Connect Worlds and GenerationsAs an IT Project Manager, you will support Circet during a period of significant organizational and
technological change. You will drive IT initiatives forward, ensure clear prioritization, and enable
structured, business-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of IT projects within a transformation environment
- Strong collaboration with business units, IT teams, and management
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management focus
- Structured prioritization of multiple initiatives in parallel
- Ownership of timelines, budgets, scope, and delivery quality
- Coordination of internal teams and external partners
- Integration and enhancement of core IT platforms (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, reporting & BI tools such as Power BI)
- Support of infrastructure-related initiatives in close cooperation with Core IT
- Creation of transparent status reporting and management updates
- Identification of risks and proactive definition of next actions
- Risk, change, and stakeholder management
- Transparent reporting to senior management

Required Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in IT project management
- Strong knowledge of classical and agile project management methodologies, with a strong preference for agile approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on prioritization and execution
- Solid IT understanding, especially infrastructure and reporting/analytics (Power BI)
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Location: Ratingen or Munich (hybrid setup possible)
