Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with a focus on Lead Architect in SmartCOMM to join our multinational corporation. With 8 to 12 years of experience, the ideal candidate will spearhead the development and implementation of SmartCOMM solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across our communication platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer engagement strategies and optimizing our document management processed.

Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands on experience in SmartCOMM(SmartCOMM ATD,SmartCOMM Draft Editor,SmartCOMM Data Modeler,SmartComm DTA), Scriptura CCM tools
• Must have hands on experience in migration of forms from Scriptura to SmartCOMM.
• Form design & development experience using SmartCOMM ATD and Web Dashboard.
• Good understanding about Digital Forms and Process Automation. Ability to create and articulate a clear digital form transformation strategy.
• Hands on experience in Interactive Forms, Approval Routing and Data Workflows, Customer Communications, Native Ecosystem and Integrations, Regression Studio • Hands on experience in SmartIQ
• Knowledgeable in Jenkins build tool and AWS IAM, S3, MQ and pipeline.
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, Java/J2EE, JavaScript and Python.
• Domain Skills in Property & Casualty Insurance

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of SmartCOMM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SmartCOMM technologies with existing systems.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of SmartCOMM applications through effective architecture and design principles.
• Provide expert guidance on SmartCOMM ATD, SmartCOMM Data Modeler, and SmartCOMM Draft Editor to the development team.
• Conduct thorough reviews of the SmartCOMM configurations and customizations to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated with the latest SmartCOMM features and industry trends.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops for team members on SmartCOMM technologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SmartCOMM architectures and processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in SmartCOMM implementations and provide effective solutions. - Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of SmartCOMM projects within budget.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
SMARTCOMM CERTIFICATION PREFERRED.

Salary Range:>$100,000
