• Develop comprehensive wealth plans covering investments, tax, estate, retirement, philanthropy, and wealth transfer.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Wealth Planners, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and supporting their professional development. 
• Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend customized planning strategies.
• Present planning recommendations and guide clients on complex financial decisions.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience developing comprehensive wealth plans for high net worth clients
• Deep expertise in wealth planning, estate planning, trust strategies, and broader wealth management solutions
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across investment, relationship management, and other cross functional teams.
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor to high net worth clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex wealth planning strategies into clear, compelling advice.
• Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams, develop talent, and foster a collaborative, high performance culture.
• CFP, CPA, or JD preferred
