JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Transportation Manager and department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Checks driver's daily documentation.
• Verifies all CODs have been collected from customers.
• Monitors Department of Transportation (DOT) hours and reviews on XRS.
• Completes the Department of Transportation (DOT) hour spreadsheet.
• Reviews and monitors DriveCam events.
• Completes payroll weekly.
• Assists with safety training, documentation and filing.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience
One year of administrative experience.

Type and proficiency

Minimum Required:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Effective written & oral communication skills
• Strong 10-key skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work with all levels within the organization
