Requirements

This is a rare opportunity for an Optometrist to work with a highly specialized and experienced team of pediatric ophthalmic eyecare professionals that include  COAs, COTs, ODs and a Pediatric EyeMD.

Pediatric Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities

Your regular duties will include:

•        Perform comprehensive eye exams
•        Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
•        Prescribe corrective lenses 
•        Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients (Optional)
•        Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
•        Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress

Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications

•        Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
•        Possess or be Eligible for a TX license to practice optometry
•        Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•        A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
•        Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills

Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications

$180,000 Annual Base Salary

Annual Production Bonus - Competitive production-based bonus opportunity based on professional net cash collections
                                            Opportunity to significantly increase total annual compensation based on performance
