We are welcoming candidates at the Senior Consultant and Manager levels, with an interest and expertise in Total rewards, senior/executive remuneration and HR transactions. Our reward engagements focus on supporting organizations' adoption of 'Reward Reimagined' - shifting traditional thinking to consider an increased need for agile reward, enhanced employee value proposition and employee experience. Our team upholds humans first perspective to navigate HR transactions and HR due diligence.

Senior Consultants and Manager roles vary in terms of the following experience and capabilities requirements, as you may be playing a supporting or leading role in key activities.

Your key responsibilities

2. Keep abreast of business trends and industry advancements to shape client's people strategy;
3. Identify new opportunities and lead proposal development;
4. Design and create innovative solutions to address client needs;
5. Deliver solutions through a multi-disciplinary approach with insights from subject matter experts and partnerships across service lines;
6. Coach and provide feedback to enable team members to maximize team performance;
7. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment;
8. Embrace ambiguity and challenges and learn through new experiences.

Skills and attributes for success

1. Experience in conducting Total Reward reviews and assessments of current state vs. desired state (market and or regulatory aligned)
2. Ability to advise clients on general market and sector specific practices in relation to Total Rewards (including broad-based compensation, executive remuneration, variable pay, incentives, benefits and holistic wellness programs) in alignment with local and international statutory and regulatory developments
3. Experience in advising clients on conducting job evaluations and developing salary ranges based on industry reference compensation ranges and market trends
4. Quantitative research capabilities, paired with the ability to understand labor market trends over time to draw meaningful insights
5. Strong analytical acumen; ability to analyze, structure and interpret large volumes of data to inform solutions

To qualify for the role you must have

1. Bachelor's degree or above in relevant discipline;
2. Technical competence in at least one of the following areas: total rewards, senior/executive remuneration, HR transactions and HR due diligence;
3. 5-10 years of relevant experience working in a professional services firm, global consultancy, or an in-house role with exposure to large-scale programs of work;
4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines;
5. Effective project management experience including organization and time management skills;
6. Managers or above are expected to be experienced in engaging C-Suite level stakeholders and senior management;
7. Excellent communication skills and command of English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a strong plus;
8. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Consultants.

Ideally, you'll also have

Experience in working across various industries including but not limited to financial services.
