Job Description
• Develop and oversee the Master Project Timeline, ensuring alignment with project management standards, budget, and cross-team activities
• Manage multiple projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, and inter-project dependencies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and progress
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure all project documentation (budget, risks, changes, progress reports) is accurate and well-maintained
• Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and key developments

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil & Architecture Project Planning / Project Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-project environments
• Strong knowledge of project management, financial analysis, and industry practices
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in relevant project management tools, software, and systems
