Duane Morris seeks a senior level associate for its expanding Private Client Services Practice Group in its Boca office. Candidate will have experience in the areas U.S. estate planning and administration with a background/focus on tax and wealth transfer planning for high-net worth individuals within and outside the United States, as well as the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of trusts and estates. Knowledge of Florida probate, guardianship and trust administration as well as background and knowledge of charitable trusts, private foundation matters, estate, trust and closely held business matters. Opportunity to work closely with a senior partner and inherit significant client relationships. FL bar admission required along with superior academics and experience. Some international tax planning and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus. An LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred.
