Position DescriptionThe Product Specialist (Fund) in CSI Wealth Management (WM) Business will primarily support the Team Head in executing fund distribution initiatives, providing comprehensive product assistance, and ensuring high standards in post-sales client servicing. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will help deliver timely investment ideas and tailored solutions to high net worth, corporate, and institutional clients. The position involves supporting fund onboarding, capital introduction, client trade facilitation, and product governance, with a strong emphasis on compliance and operational excellence.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging product pitch books, marketing materials, sales aids, and fund performance updates to engage the Sales team and WM clients.
- Assist in the fund selection process by conducting rigorous product due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and performance analysis across mutual funds, hedge funds, and alternatives (including private credit and equity funds) to support decisions on fund onboarding and capital introduction in Hong Kong and Singapore
- Support client trade facilitation and operational aspects of fund processing, including order placement, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure smooth workflows.
- Respond to inquiries from the Sales team and clients regarding fund terms, features, risks, and investment strategies.
- Work closely with the Sales team and the Marketing team to identify investment opportunities, support business growth in fund distribution including organizing internal product training sessions, client webinars/seminars to enhance sales capabilities and client awareness.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, regulatory changes, and new product developments relevant to offshore fund offerings.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives designed to enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional qualification of CFA/FRM/CPA is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with strong market insight and knowledge of WM fund products; experience in fund operations, dealing, or product support is advantageous.
- Strong team player with excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, highly attentive to detail, and capable of working independently and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, client-centric support.
- Excellent proficiency in written English & Chinese and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
