職務内容

• 複数の Domo 導入プロジェクトを同時にリードし,納期順守,予算管理,高品質な成果物を確保
• プロジェクトスコーピングに参画し,要件,スケジュール,成果物を明確化
• 顧客• パートナー• 社内関係者とのキックオフミーティングを主導
• Sales,SC,CSM,Consulting チームと連携し,スコープ,スケジュール,受入基準/クローズ基準,品質要件を定義• 文書化
• プロジェクトのマイルストーン,リスク,依存関係,全体進捗を継続的に管理
• 内部関係者に対し,ステータス,リスク,対策,リソースニーズを定期レポート
• パートナーを含む内外のリソースを管理し,適切なアサインと成果最大化を図る
• 調達チームおよびパートナーチームと連携し,パートナー契約関連プロセスを管理
• 顧客との定例ミーティングに参加し,進捗状況を共有• 報告
• Sales,Solution Consulting,Technical Support などクロスファンクショナルチームと協働し,統合的なプロジェクト遂行を推進
• BI ダッシュボードを作成• 活用し,プロジェクト指標,リソース配分,ワークロードを可視化
• 将来の案件パイプラインを把握し,リソース計画と整合
• 顧客プロジェクトごとに品質指標を定義• 管理
• 取り組んだユースケースを文書化し,将来の参照資料として整理

応募資格

• ビジネス,工学,コンピュータサイエンス,または関連分野の学士号
• 複数プロジェクトを迅速な環境下で管理した 5 年以上の経験
• SaaS 導入プロセスおよびクラウド型サービスモデルの深い理解
• プロジェクトスコーピング,マイルストーン計画,リスク管理,プログラム運営の実務経験
• BI に関する理解(データワークフロー,KPI,レポート構造など)
• 内部チームおよび外部パートナーを含むリソースマネジメント経験
• パートナー契約およびベンダー調整の経験

POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Manager oversees the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects across the customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless Domo implementation and high-quality execution. This role combines strong project governance, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive predictable outcomes. The Program Manager partners closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to scope projects, plan execution, define acceptance criteria, track progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This position requires a blend of project management expertise, BI understanding, and operational excellence to manage resources, mitigate risks, and deliver value to customer's investment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage multiple Domo implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Participate in project scoping, ensuring clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project kickoff sessions with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Work with Sales, SC, CSMs, Consultants to define and document Scope, Schedule, project acceptance /closing criteria and quality requirements.
• Track and monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall progress.
• Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders, including status updates, risks, mitigation plans, and resource needs.
• Manage internal and external resources including partners, ensuring effective allocation and performance.
• Oversee partner contracting processes, including coordination with procurement and Partner teams.
• Participate in customer cadence calls to track and report progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution Consulting, and Technical Support to ensure cohesive execution.
• Create and utilize BI dashboard to track project metrics, resource allocation and workload.
• Monitor future engagements in pipeline to align resource allocation.
• Define and monitor quality metrices specific for each customer engagement.
• Document the implemented use case for future references.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes and cloud-based delivery models.
• Experience with project scoping, milestone planning, risk management, and structured program delivery.
• Strong BI understanding, including data workflows, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Experience with resource management, including coordination of internal teams and external partners.
• Prior experience managing partner contracts and vendor coordination.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Experience delivering projects in enterprise SaaS or cloud services environments.
• Hands-on experience with Databases, BI tools and Dashboarding related technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
• Ability to adopt new technologies-including emerging AI solutions-to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
