Responsibility

The DICT CenterEurope Region is now actively seeking talented Project and Service Manager (m/f/x) base in Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area to join us.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrated ownership and accountability for endend customer service experience
Responsible for project delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budget
Engage postsales stage for ICT Service and manage the customers when service get issue
Provide regular order implementation report for management review
Perform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including but not limited to routers, switches, and/or transmission systems etc.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networks, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of faults.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT & Telecom service delivery
Technical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, Cloud ,Storage etc.
Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, selfmotivated and able to work under pressure
Excellent project management skills and communication skills
Selfmotived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment
Fluent language skills in both English and Mandarin
ITIL or CCIE certificate and related certificates in networking technology is an advantage
