Description

- Record and compile Minutes of Meeting (MoM) from project discussions.
- Follow up on action items and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Schedule and manage project meetings and stakeholder alignments.
- Prepare and maintain project timelines to track progress and milestones.
- Document project constraints, risks, and key updates.
- Assist in preparing project reports and progress updates for management.

Requirements

- Final-year student or Fresh Graduate (D4/S1).
- Majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Willing to work on-site in Cyberpark, Karawaci.
