This position reports to:
ELDS Sales & Solutions Leader, APAC

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution team for low-medium-large size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. This role not limited ELDS product, but also ELSP LVS and ELSP CP products execution under the scope.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project manager team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Maintain the competence and number of resource in the team to ensure to manage all OBLs by considering country strategy and growth.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
• Facilitate cross divisional project as main project manager and coordinate with other division stakeholders to deliver best experience with ABB.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Project Management tool available in ELDS.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 7 years of experience in Project Manager or Project Engineer role, and preferably management role experience.
• You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around communication skill and lead collaboration among internal/external stakeholders with customer first mindset. Ability to establish collaboration sprit by proper conflicting management is key for this role.
• Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of any license or certification on Project Manager framework.
• You are at ease communicating in both Japanese and English
