Job Title: Project Manager - Cloud Security (Microsoft) Arabic Speaker

Location: India (Remote - Any location)

Experience : 3 - 6 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with knowledge in Microsoft 365 Security solutions to lead end-to-end delivery of security transformation initiatives. The role involves managing complex programs across Microsoft Defender, Purview, Entra (Azure AD), Intune, and Sentinel, ensuring successful implementation aligned with client security and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Program Management

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft 365 security projects across multiple clients
• Define project scope, timelines, cost estimates, resource plans, and deliverables
• Manage full project lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → closure)
• Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and budget

2. Microsoft 365 Security Delivery Oversight

• Oversee implementation of:
• Microsoft Defender Suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps)
• Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) deployments
• Microsoft Purview (Data Security & Compliance)
• Microsoft Entra (Identity & Access Management)
• Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management & Security)
• Coordinate with architects and engineers for solution design and deployment
• Ensure best practices, security baselines, and regulatory compliance

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews
• Translate business requirements into technical project deliverables
• Manage expectations, escalations, and change requests
