Description
PROJECT MANAGER – PE
Martarano Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with an electrical engineering background to join our team. MEI is a stable and growing MEP firm looking for professionals excited to expand their career and help guide our firm into the future.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of projects including proposal writing, scope development, design scope definition, scheduling, staff management, and construction administration.
- Successful completion of projects while ensuring quality, on-time delivery within budget.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines (MEP/FP) and with various clients across all stages of design and construction completion.
- Lead and mentor all electrical engineering designers.
- Oversee design disciplines on lighting, power and low voltage systems, electrical load calculations, and layouts.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical emphasis).
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for project management.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Teams, AutoCAD, Revit and PDF editing.
- Must have experience with specification writing including Masterspec or similar programs.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable state and local building codes.
