Ich entwickle die CAD-Toollandschaft von 50Hertz weiter und gestalte die digitale Zukunft der Schaltungsdokumentation.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Schaltungsdokumentation ist eine zentrale Grundlage für Planung, Bau, Betrieb und Instandhaltung der 50Hertz Anlagen. In dieser Rolle definiere ich die strategische Ausrichtung der Dokumentations- und Toollandschaft und schaffe die Grundlagen für einheitliche Prozesse, Datenmodelle und Standards. Ich arbeite an der Einführung neuer elektrischer CAD-Lösungen, gestalte deren Integration in die Unternehmensprozesse und unterstütze die technischen Asset Manager*innen bei der nachhaltigen Umsetzung. So schaffe ich eine Grundlage für einen sicheren Netzbetrieb und die Energiewende.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Analyse der aktuellen Schaltungsdokumentation bei 50Hertz, Beschreibung aktueller Anwendungsfälle und Arbeitsweisen zur Ableitung eines Zielbilds der digitalen Schaltungsdokumentation inklusive Tool-Anforderungen, Umsetzungs-Roadmap und Rollenmodell,
• Fachliche Steuerung der Bewertung, Auswahl und Einführung neuer elektrischen CAD-Tools (wie bspw. EPLAN oder Engineering Base) inkl. notwendiger Ausschreibungen, Beschreibung neuer Arbeitsweisen sowie Überarbeitung technischer Richtlinien,
• Übernahme der Product-Owner-Rolle im Asset Management in Richtung IT zur Integration der neuen Software in unsere 50Hertz-Datenmodelle,
• Sicherstellen der erfolgreichen Einführung und nachhaltigen Nutzung der neuen Softwarelösungen durch User-Tests, Schulungen, fachliche Beratung und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation,
• Mitwirkung in branchenweiten Fachgremien der Energiewirtschaft und Hinwirken auf ein einheitliches Vorgehen im Bereich der Übertragungsnetzbetreiber.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Energiewirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für digitale Dokumentations-prozesse,
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bewertung, Einführung oder fachlichen Beratung von elektrischen CAD-Systemen sowie im Zusammenspiel zwischen Fachbereich, IT und externen Dienstleistern,
• Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen zu strukturieren, zu priorisieren und in tragfähige Standards, Datenmodelle, Prozesse und Roadmaps für moderne Engineering-Lösungen wie Engineering Base, EPLAN oder vergleichbare Systeme zu überführen,
• Ausgeprägte Team-, Projektmanagement- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf hohem Niveau sowie Erfahrung in der strukturierten Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams, Stakeholdern und externen Partnern,
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
