For our clients in the aerospace industry, we are seeking motivated candidates for temporary staffing positions in Hamburg, Germany, starting immediately, for the following position:

Project Manager (m/f/d)

Job Profile:

Evaluate and optimize buildings and structures, taking into account legal and economic requirements. Plan, monitor, and implement site-wide new construction and renovation projects for infrastructure and utility facilities (e.g., hangars, production facilities, etc.). Develop, initiate, and manage modernization measures for existing facilities, considering economic, scheduling, and quality objectives, in collaboration with the relevant production units. Create and implement maintenance and servicing concepts for structures. Provide expert advice and support to production departments and equipment planners for construction projects. Conduct economic analyses and prepare project charters and permit applications.

Personal Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills):

Completed university degree in architecture or a related field. Civil engineering degree or comparable qualification

Experience in managing and executing complex construction projects
Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations (HOAI, AHO, building legislation, etc.) as well as business management principles
Fluent German and basic English skills
Willingness to participate in professional development and to work on assignments both domestically and internationally

Language skills

B1 - Advanced level Ger,am (if you are learning may be ok)
