• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring execution aligns with approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate between architectural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure integrated and efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and performance.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all project activities.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and communication, ensuring accurate and timely updates to management.
• Collaborate with planning and cost control teams to ensure alignment between execution progress, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support risk identification and mitigation efforts, ensuring proactive management of construction-related challenges.
• Lead value engineering initiatives during construction, identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality, functionality, or project objectives.

• Years of Experience in the Relevant Field: 15-20
• Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Discipline: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.
• Professional Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications.
