Job Description

流通業:Project Management

You will be responsible for developing systems such as sales management, inventory management, and order processing systems, with a focus on POS systems for companies in the distribution and retail industries. Since we receive requests directly from clients, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in upstream processes such as planning and requirements definition.

Industry: Retail and distribution (our clients are top domestic companies)
Solutions: POS systems, store systems, inventory management systems, CRM solution implementation
Project Phases: You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, mainly upstream processes, including business consulting, proposal creation, design, development, and project management.

Specific Tasks Include:

Requirements definition
Verification of test plans and specifications
Customization design of existing store server packages
Database design
Operational design

Requirements

Candidates with experience in developing business applications (approximately 5-10years)
Those currently working at secondary or tertiary subcontracting system companies and looking to advance their careers into upstream processes are welcome
IT engineers who wish to step up into project manager roles are also welcome

Training System

Since you'll be working in-house, project managers and team members will take responsibility for your development through on-the-job training (OJT)

Evaluation System

Career interviews with managers are conducted three times a year
Based on these interviews, projects and work assignments are designed to support career development

Work Style

Average overtime is less than 35 hours per month, allowing for good work-life balance
Over 90% of work in the distribution domain is handled in-house, meaning most work is done at the company's own office.

流通•

小売業界の企業に対してPOSシステムを中心として販売管理や在庫管理,受発注システムなどの開発をお任せ致します.お客様から直接依頼を頂くため,企画• 要件定義等上流工程を経験することが出来ます.
• 業界:小売り• 流通業界(お客様は国内トップ企業です)
• ソリューション:POSシステム,店舗システム,在庫管理システム,CRMソリューション導入
• フェーズ:上流工程中心に,業務コンサル,提案~設計,開発のプロジェクトマネジメントまで幅広く担当頂きます.
[具体的には]要件定義 / テスト計画• 要項の検証/店舗サーバーの既存パッケージカイスタマイズ設計,DB設計,運用設計等

必要な能力経験

• 業務アプリケーションの開発経験をお持ちの方(目安5-10年)
• 現職で2次~3次請けのシステム会社に在籍し,今後上流工程へのキャリアアップをしたい方歓迎です.
• 現職はITエンジニアとして業務をしており,今後プロジェクトマネージャーにステップアップしたい方も歓迎です.
[育成体制]自社勤務の為,PMやプロジェクトチームメンバーがOJTで責任をもって育成を行います.
[評価制度]年に3回マネージャーとキャリア面談を実施.面談を元に,キャリア構築に向けたプロジェクトや業務設計を行います.
