We are partnering with a dynamic and growing investment-led group in Dubai seeking a high-calibre FP&A professional to join their regional finance team. This is a highly visible role working directly with senior leadership, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, drive performance, and influence key business decisions across multiple entities.

This is not a back-office reporting role - you will act as a true business partner, building financial models, delivering actionable insights, and supporting investment decisions in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

Role Summary

A strategic financial professional responsible for developing comprehensive financial plans, analyzing performance, and supporting organizational decision-making through detailed financial insights and modeling.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include preparing annual budgets, conducting financial performance analysis, developing financial models, supporting cash flow forecasting, creating management reports, performing profitability analysis, and enhancing financial processes and systems.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans for group companies.

• Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast; identify variances and provide clear explanations.

• Develop financial models to evaluate investments, new projects, and business scenarios.

• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.

Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for senior management.

• Provide profitability analysis by project, entity, or investment portfolio.

• Monitor cost trends and highlight risks and opportunities to improve financial performance.

Business Partnering

• Work closely with operations, HR, and project teams to understand business drivers and financial impacts.

• Support department heads with budget tracking and cost control initiatives.

• Assist in pricing, cost allocation, and margin analysis where required.

Controls & Process Improvement

• Support the enhancement of budgeting and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Assist in system improvements, automation, and financial reporting tools (e.g., ERP, Excel models, BI tools).

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance (UAE or GCC experience preferred).
3. Experience working with multi-entity or investment group structures is an advantage.
4. Professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA - Part qualified or qualified) are a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).

• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Power BI).

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

• Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
