Relationship Manager, Fundraising

Location: Central Singapore

Role Summary

We are seeking a driven Relationship Manager to support fundraising efforts and expand the investor base for our VCC platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new investor leads, while maintaining strong relationships with existing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source and engage potential investors across Singapore and APAC markets.
2. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects for the firm's VCC investment strategies.
3. Conduct investor outreach, pitch presentations, and follow-up meetings to support capital raising efforts.
4. Explain investment strategies with a working understanding of stocks, equities, trading, and portfolio analysis.
5. Coordinate with internal teams on investor onboarding, documentation, and due diligence processes.
6. Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and fundraising progress.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
2. Prior experience in fundraising, investor relations, wealth management, private equity, or capital markets.
3. Strong knowledge of equities, stock analysis, trading concepts, and market dynamics in APAC and US markets.
4. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes

1. Existing network of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or accredited investors.
2. Familiarity with VCC structures, collective investment schemes, or alternative investments.
