Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager / Release Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across the full SDLC. This role is pivotal in driving predictable outcomes through Scaled Agile, Scrum, and continuous delivery practices. You will own delivery from inception through production , overseeing cross-functional Agile squads, managing release cycles, and ensuring seamless transitions into operations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end SDLC delivery with full ownership of scope, timelines, risks and outcomes.
• Develop delivery roadmaps aligned to business priorities across concurrent workstreams
• Oversee cross-functional Agile squads, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and track velocity and burndown metrics.
• Own the release calendar - plan, coordinate and govern release cycles from dev to production.
• Lead service transition activities and collaborate with L1/L2 support teams
• Serve as the primary delivery contact across business, technology, and operations.

Skills Required:

• Release and change management in ITSM-aligned environments.
• Backlog management, sprint reporting, and delivery metrics in JIRA.
• Delivery dashboard creation and data-driven performance reporting.
