Description
DSM Capital Partners is seeking a highly motivated analyst to join its nine-person investment team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We manage approximately $6 billion in concentrated growth strategies globally. Equity investments are long-only with low turnover, and include mega, large and mid-cap companies. Extended investment horizon of 3+ years requires long-term thinking, rigorous analysis, and deep understanding of company and industry fundamentals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct in-depth, bottom-up fundamental research to evaluate investment ideas by reviewing SEC filings, quarterly calls, industry conferences and other industry-specific resources.
- Follow portfolio companies and their respective industries and trends.
- Analyze, build and maintain company-specific financial models.
- Identify, source, and analyze alternative data sets.
- Be intellectually curious and probe consensus expectations.
- Articulate personal views and recommendations to the investment team.
- Effectively present and defend an investment thesis.
- Search for new investment ideas through internal screens, industry reports, industry conferences and other relevant sources.
- Work independently, while collaborating with fellow analysts, portfolio managers, and the CIO.
- Occasionally travel for industry conferences, sell-side conferences, and marketing meetings.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree plus MBA (Finance). Candidate must be in graduating class of 2025 or alumni.
- CFA designation.
- 2 to 5 years of successful private sector experience (US or International) or military service.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills balanced with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
- Digital technology knowledge or experience
- Medical sciences knowledge or experience.
- Fluency in Hindi, Mandarin, Korean or European languages a plus.
