The Company

Our client is a licensed corporation holding SFC Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) licenses, specializing in serving Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and Family Offices. This is not an EAM platform.

The Role

• Serve as the Responsible Officer (RO) for SFC Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities.
• Oversee daily business operations, compliance management, and risk control functions.
• Supervise portfolio management and fund operation processes; participate in major investment decisions and risk review assessments.
• Participate in fund product structuring, fundraising activities, and investor roadshows.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and high-net-worth clients.

Your Profile

• Currently approved as an SFC Responsible Officer (RO) for Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities.
• Mainland China background with native or fluent Mandarin proficiency.
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management requirements related to Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities.
• Experience in asset management, fund management, or wealth management is preferred.
