Responsibilities

1. Monitor, measure, and manage all aspects of risk in day-to-day activities, provide expert advice to investment team to ensure adherence to investment mandate and risk policies;
2. Work with cross-functional teams to achieve internal control objectives;
3. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, potential impacts, and mitigation strategies across various processes;
4. Provide training and guidance to staff on risk awareness, reporting, and management processes;
5. Continuously monitor the external and internal environment for emerging risks and recommend proactive measures to address them；
6. Compile and prepare materials such as risk reports, presentation, etc.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics disciplines;
2. Working experience in finance or investment area, understanding of cash equity trading or security lending would be an advantage;
3. Excellent organizational and analytical skills including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects;
4. Strong team interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners;
5. Good knowledge of risk management and internal audit practice, working experience in IT or auditing-related practice would be preferred;
6. Solid skills in presentation, organizing meeting, research and compiling report.
7. Candidates with any of the certifications will be given preference: ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 22301 LA/LI, ITIL, CISA, CISSP, Certified Cloud Assessor, GDPR Practitioner, CRISC, CISM, PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA);
8. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred;
9. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
