The Position (for Sales Agent based in the state of Florida, covering the general boundaries of the North Florida and South Florida PGA Section) | TRUE linkswear is seeking a highly organized and determined Sales Agent who is eager for the opportunity to support growth in wholesale channels for a rapidly expanding golf and lifestyle footwear brand.
- The primary responsibility of the Sales Agent will be to contribute to the organization by developing green grass & off-course accounts. The Sales Agent is a key role and integral member of the Wholesale Team. This individual must be able to plan, manage, focus, organize, and multitask while dealing with a variety of responsibilities within the department.
- This position requires cross collaboration within the company and will report to the Director of Field Sales.
Position / Title - Florida Sales Representative
- Supervisor - Kyle Clearman, Director of Field Sales
- Job Classification - full time, exempt
Compensation
- Base Salary | $65,000 annually
- Monthly Commissions | 5% of Net Sales (individually procured invoiced orders, less credit memos)
- Note: Total Anticipated compensation range from $75k - $120k with actual total comp driven by salesperson's ability and performance.
Experience Required
- 3+ years experience in account management and sales
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite
- Adaptable to change and must work well under pressure
- Ability to travel part-time to various accounts, events, and company functions
- Ability to travel to TRUE HQ for training, collaboration and pertinent meetings
- Ability to multi-task objectives and take initiative through project completion.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Competitive in nature, preferably enjoys golf
*Note: though it shows the position is "in Tacoma, WA" that is not the case; rather, it is an opportunity in each of the Florida PGA Sections (North Florida Section, South Florida Section) as noted earlier.
Essential Responsibilities
Professional Responsibilities - As a TRUE Sales Representative, your professional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Selling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals at Accounts via phone, email and in-person interaction
- Regularly communicate with clients, resolve client queries, and increase revenue by promoting account engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate sales leads
- Review current and implement new client relationship strategies in coordination with the Sales Management Team
- Maintain and distribute the comprehensive catalog of sales collateral utilized in current and future programs
- Crosstrain within the greater Wholesale Channel to aide in growth and development as needed
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports and present to the Sales Management Team to ensure proper procurement of inventory and sell in of appropriately inventoried items
- Communicate regularly with the Sales Management Team regarding Accounts Receivable per account
- Enter order information into the wholesale sales order entry system
- Collaborate with the Sales Ops Manager to ensure timeliness of outgoing Account orders
- Monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions as needed
- Comprehend and positively communicate strategic opportunities based on reviews and feedback from Accounts
- Ability to dream big, forward-think and present these ideas to the team

Schedule
Full time - This assumes you will work 40 hours per week. You will have some flexibility depending on the professional responsibilities of your department and your personal responsibilities.
