Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative based in the USA to strengthen our commercial presence and provide close follow-up to customers and leads within the country.

This role is key to ensuring agile communication, technical-commercial support, and business development in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customers in the U.S. lubricants market
• Follow up and convert leads generated by IQL
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Provide commercial and basic technical support to customers
• Act as the local liaison between U.S. customers and IQL headquarters in Europe
• Report market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs
   

Profile Requirements

• Proven experience in lubricants industry sales (B2B)
• Strong existing network and customer portfolio in the U.S. lubricants sector
• Solid understanding of lubricant formulations and additives (technical background highly valued)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with strong coordination with European HQ
