Description
JD - he changed the requirements a bit (its now more a "head PO")- Management and control of the migration project (Microstrategy -> PowerBI)
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of project goals and resources
- Coordination as Head Product Owner of two development teams (PODs) for an integrated overall solution in an agile approach
- Coordination and control of the data warehouse and BI implementation in close cooperation with the two developer teams supported by a data architect
- Planning deliverables and supporting the teams in monitoring performance
- Solving problems that hinder the team's work
- Coordination of sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Providing technical support and leading the definition of selected requirements and user stories for the BI transition
- Communication with internal stakeholders and coordination of requirements
- Risk management and quality assurance
- Reporting to the project sponsors
