About the job SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - ARABIC SPEAKERSWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our innovative team. This role focuses on analyzing software applications to support AI-driven test generation and manual learning input, ensuring optimal outcomes in application validation and structured knowledge transfer. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Learning Team and other stakeholders to document requirements, model processes, and implement advanced knowledge structuring techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze target applications to identify key workflows and scenarios relevant for manual learning input and AI-driven test generation.
- Elicit and document requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Translate in-depth application knowledge into structured input for the Learning Team and formulate criteria for asset validation.
- Create structured knowledge templates that facilitate consistent and efficient learning input.
- Develop robust validation criteria frameworks to support the evaluation and acceptance of tested assets.
- Establish business logic complexity assessments to help prioritize AI generation efforts based on strategic importance and technical feasibility.
- Implement advanced knowledge structuring techniques to optimize information for AI consumption.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and AI specialists, fostering effective AI-human collaboration patterns.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements elicitation and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Strong process modeling skills, particularly with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Expertise in use case documentation and translating business needs into structured technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Solid understanding of software applications and their operational contexts.
- Demonstrated ability in designing validation frameworks and structured data templates.
- Familiarity with knowledge structuring techniques for AI and human collaboration.
- Experience in developing business logic complexity assessments and prioritization frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience working with AI-driven test generation or machine learning projects.
- Prior involvement in learning teams or knowledge management initiatives.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus
