We are working with a well-established and highly respected financial planning firm seeking a Senior Financial Adviser to join their growing team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with an existing, high-quality client base, strong internal support, and a business that genuinely invests in its advisers.
 
The Opportunity
You will take over and manage a portfolio of high-value, fee-for-service clients, delivering strategic, relationship-led advice. This is not a cold-start role, it's designed for an adviser who thrives on deep client relationships and long-term value creation.
 
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and developing a portfolio of established clients
Delivering holistic financial advice across investments, superannuation, and wealth strategies
Building long-term client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
Working closely with in-house paraplanners and client service teams
Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the practice

About You
Experienced Financial Adviser with a strong track record in client management
Confident working with fee-for-service and high-net-worth clients
Strong technical knowledge and compliance understanding
Relationship-driven with a genuine passion for client outcomes
Ideally experienced with platforms such as Xplan
