A leading UAE-based financial institution is seeking an experienced Investment Advisor to join its Wealth Management division in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering investment advisory solutions to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients across various client segments while supporting portfolio growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide investment advisory services across multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, and lending solutions

• Manage and oversee client investment portfolios while ensuring alignment with market conditions and client risk profiles

• Generate and communicate investment ideas and market insights to Relationship Managers and clients

• Work closely with Private Banking and Wealth Management teams to deliver tailored investment solutions

• Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and portfolio performance to identify investment opportunities

• Support portfolio restructuring and rebalancing activities to optimize client returns and satisfaction

• Maintain strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and their impact on investment strategies

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, AML, and internal governance frameworks

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience within Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services

• CFA qualified and SCA Certified is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured solutions, and lending products

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop and communicate investment strategies and ideas

• Sound commercial acumen with ability to contribute towards revenue objectives while operating within regulatory frameworks

• Thorough understanding of portfolio management, asset allocation, and risk profiling principles

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Multilingual candidates are highly preferred; Mandarin or Russian language skills would be advantageous

• UAE or regional banking/wealth management experience preferred
