We are hiring an experienced and highly organized Senior Project to serve as the central hub for our key Brand Experience accounts. This individual is the critical link between our clients, the internal team, our agency partners and our leadership team, ensuring the seamless and successful delivery of complex experiential marketing projects. This dual role requires meticulous project management and outstanding client service, guaranteeing both flawless execution and ultimate client satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Lead Projects: Own the full lifecycle-from scoping and budgeting to timelines, resources, and reporting. Keep projects on track and within budget.
• Build Client Trust: Be the go-to contact for key clients, managing expectations and providing clear updates and strategic advice.
• Coordinate Teams: Connect clients, internal teams, and partner agencies. Align strategy and creative deliverables for smooth execution.
• Ensure Quality: Deliver work that meets client goals and reflects our high standards.

• Drive Growth: Support the Director of Brand Experience with proposals, identify account opportunities, and help maintain profitability.

What You Bring:

• Experienced Professional: 4+ years in project and account management within a creative agency-ideally in experiential marketing, live communication, or related fields.
• Proven Success: Track record of managing complex, high-budget projects for major brands.
• Organized & Confident: Exceptional communication and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Creative Collaborator: Strong understanding of the creative process and ability to partner seamlessly with strategic and creative teams.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: Relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, international environments.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English required; German is a plus for effective client and team interaction.
