As an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives for banking clients in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery across project governance, solution implementation, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, risk management and post-go-live stabilization.
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation programs for banking and financial services clients, from initiation through design, build, testing, deployment and stabilization.
- Lead ERP implementation activities across Finance modules, particularly AP, AR, GL and Fixed Assets.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to translate business requirements into ERP-enabled processes and solutions.
- Oversee requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration alignment, integration planning, data migration, testing and cutover activities.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, implementation partners and third-party providers.
- Lead or support RFI/RFP activities, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation criteria, proposal reviews, scoring, selection recommendations and executive readouts.
- Engage senior executives, program sponsors, Finance leaders, Technology teams and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of project or program management experience, with significant exposure to ERP implementation programs in the Banking Industry.
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations within banking or financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP-enabled finance transformation.
- Hands-on implementation exposure to AP, AR, GL and Fixed Assets modules.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or other enterprise finance platforms.
- Strong track record managing large-scale, complex or multi-workstream transformation projects.
- Strong vendor management experience, including oversight of system integrators and third-party implementation partners.
- Experience supporting or leading RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, contract discussions and commercial governance.
- Ability to engage senior executives and translate complex project topics into clear business impact and decision points.
