JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager - Facade to join our team deliver an entertainment project. This role involves managing complex facade works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in facade systems, excellent leadership capabilities, and be adept at coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and efficient facade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the full lifecycle of facade projects from design coordination to procurement, installation, and handover.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure facade systems meet technical requirements and aesthetic standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans tailored to facade projects.
• Oversee quality assurance and control processes to meet industry codes, safety standards, and client expectations.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies related to facade construction and installation.
• Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure compliance with design and safety specifications.
• Lead project meetings, provide clear communication of project status, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in facade project delivery methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years focused on facade projects.
• Proven experience managing facade engineering and installation projects successfully.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and relevant design tools.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards related to facade works.
