Description
As a Senior Project Manager in Maritime, you will lead the delivery of complex maritime engineering and advisory projects from planning through completion. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships, oversee project performance, and ensure successful delivery in terms of quality, schedule, budget and client satisfaction.What will you do
- Lead complex maritime engineering and consultancy projects from initiation to close-out.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical specialists.
- Build trusted relationships with government agencies, port authorities and private sector clients.
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety and commercial performance.
- Support proposal development and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote digital innovation and continuous improvement across project delivery
Where you will work
This role is based at South Jakarta office, Indonesia, with occasional travel to project sites across Indonesia. You'll be part of our Water & Maritime team, working alongside local and international experts to deliver complex maritime infrastructure projects that create lasting value for clients and communities.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Coastal, Marine, Structural, Geotechnical, Naval Architecture or related Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex maritime infrastructure or engineering consultancy projects.
- Strong project management experience covering planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with government clients, port authorities or major infrastructure owners.
- Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Professional English is required; Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
