Clark & Green Associates is a mid-sized landscape architecture firm located in Irvine, California with projects throughout the U.S. We believe in a strong environmental ethic and strive to create progressive design solutions.

We have been featured in numerous publications including Landscape Architecture Magazine. Our projects include master-planned residential and golf communities, public parks, Disney Resort area, memorial park planning and design, habitat restoration and commercial projects.

We are currently working with Five Point Communities on their “Great Park” and “Valencia” neighborhoods, The Irvine Company on numerous master planned communities and several large projects in the master plan stage. Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will be involved with overseeing the preparation and coordination of construction documents from concept through construction, including planning, expediting tasks and approvals, monitoring project progress, and meeting client’s timelines and budgets. 

This role is responsible for producing complete, buildable drawing sets, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring technical accuracy.

Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited university.

All candidates must be permanent U.S. residents

Requirements

• To be able work well within a fast-paced environment
• Must have a well-rounded understanding of landscape architecture, including site design, grading and drainage, plant material, (local southern California plant knowledge an advantage), irrigation design, working drawings, construction materials and construction detailing.
• Prepare complete construction document sets from concept to completion with a strong understanding of construction detailing. 
• Strong organizational skills and time management 
• Must be able to communicate well, work well with others and be self-motivated.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
