POSITION: Sr. Project Scheduler — Greenfield Advanced Manufacturing
COMPANY: Chang Robotics | changrobotics.ai
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC metro | Hybrid
COMPENSATION: $120,000–$140,000 | Direct Hire / 2-Year Contract

COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Chang Robotics designs, builds, and commissions Factory 5.0 automation for American manufacturing. Our leadership team includes licensed professional engineers with decades of facility design and construction experience. We deliver turnkey solutions where automation is built into the facility from the ground up — not bolted on after the fact.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are staffing the project controls function for a large-scale greenfield manufacturing facility and require a Project Scheduler to take full ownership of the Integrated Master Schedule. This role interfaces directly with the owner's team, building contractor, process designer, utilities providers, and equipment vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Develop, baseline, and maintain the IMS in Primavera P6
— Integrate multi-party schedules into a single logic-linked master schedule
— Establish interface milestones and handoff points between contributing parties
— Define WBS and coding aligned to the project execution plan
— Perform critical path analysis and float erosion monitoring
— Produce schedule dashboards, 3/6-week look-aheads, and variance reports
— Support EVM reporting and integration with cost controls
— Conduct schedule risk analysis (Monte Carlo or equivalent) and maintain a risk register
— Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for change events
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
— 7+ years of project scheduling experience on capital construction or industrial projects ($100M+)
— Primavera P6 proficiency
— Experience on greenfield manufacturing, EPC, semiconductor, battery, or data center projects
— Demonstrated multi-party IMS integration experience
— CPM scheduling and EVM knowledge
— Ability to work on-site near Charlotte, NC during key project phases
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
— PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification strongly preferred
— PMP credential a plus
— Schedule risk tool experience (Acumen Risk, Oracle Risk Analyzer, or equivalent)
— Prior owner-side, PMC, or EPCM scheduling experience
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
— $120,000–$140,000 base salary
