Experience: 4 years of expereince with Backend software engineering and distributed systems. Employer will accept applicants with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Requires skills and experience in the following:
Expertise in backend development using Golang.
Advanced knowledge in designing distributed systems and scalable service architectures.
Proficiency in API design and data modeling.
Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes orchestration.
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD systems and operational observability tools.
Demonstrated experience with event-driven architectures and high-throughput data pipelines.
Job duties: Design and develop software architectures for robotic systems, focusing on real-time data processing, system control, and performance optimization. Research and build integrated automation solutions including backend services, data pipelines, and distributed systems for large-scale perception and control. Develop, test, and optimize event-driven systems and algorithms for data acquisition, sensor processing, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and support full lifecycle development. Evaluate designs, conduct testing, analyze system performance, and ensure reliability and compliance. Maintain technical documentation for system design and operations. Lead complex projects for robotics and automation, ensuring timelines, performance, and objectives are met. Establish best practices in system design, software development, and operational monitoring. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering staff for robotic system development and implementation.
