Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:
Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) provides a complete range of high-quality Antenna and Antenna Line Devices and is an integral part of Ericsson Radio Systems. Our solutions help enable the performance, reliability, and innovation behind next-generation mobile networks.
We are now looking for a committed and motivated Project Manager in Rosenheim, Germany (hybrid working model). In this role, you will lead antenna development projects across the full product development lifecycle - from early planning and requirements through concepts, prototypes, verification, and industrialization. You will play a key role in turning ideas into tangible products by ensuring the right scope, strong collaboration, timely delivery, and achievement of quality and cost targets.
Our focus is on lean and agile ways of working. We organize cross-functional development teams where diversity, knowledge sharing, and collaboration create true innovation. In this position, you will work closely with engineering, industrialization, and key stakeholders in an international environment, with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful technology development and grow your career in a global company.
What you will do:
- Structure, plan, monitor, and control complex organizational and technical antenna development projects in a national and international environment.
- Drive projects through the full development lifecycle, from planning and requirements through concepts, prototypes, verification, and industrialization.
- Ensure achievement of project targets related to scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
- Coordinate and synchronize cross-functional teams and sub-project activities, acting as the first point of contact and first escalation level for the project.
- Collaborate regularly with relevant company functions, stakeholders, and project committees to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Contributes to flow optimization, knowledge transfer, and continuous learning within the project environment.
The skills you bring:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in industrial, electrical, telecommunications, or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent background.
- 5-10 years of demonstrated project management experience in an industrial environment, with proven experience leading hardware product development projects; software-only experience is not sufficient for this role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an independent, structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working style.
- Very good interpersonal, communication, and lateral leadership skills.
- Passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and support teams and individuals in a collaborative way.
- Customer orientation, negotiation skills, and proficiency in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.
We offer:
- An international working environment with cooperative teams.
- A hybrid working model.
- 30 vacation days per year.
- Excellent learning and personal development opportunities within Ericsson, including regular courses, seminars, and on-the-job training.
- An ergonomic workplace.
- A company cell phone, also for private use.
- A corporate benefits portal with special conditions for travel, insurance, events, fashion, and much more.
- Corporate health management.
