iSleep Program is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing multidisciplinary sleep medicine team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a modern outpatient setting focused on improving patients' health through the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
Position
Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Position Type: Fully Remote
Location: New York
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday availability is a plus)
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive sleep medicine consultations and follow-up visits.
Evaluate patients with sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia, restless leg syndrome, and related conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans under physician collaboration.
Review and discuss Home Sleep Test (HST) and in-lab sleep study results with patients.
Manage CPAP and PAP therapy, including compliance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Provide patient education on sleep disorders and treatment options.
Document encounters accurately using electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience preferred).
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, sleep technologists, and DME staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
Participate in telemedicine visits as needed.
Qualifications
Current New York State Physician Assistant license.
NCCPA Certification (PA-C).
DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Sleep medicine, pulmonary, internal medicine, neurology, or primary care experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Competitive salary: $140,000–$170,000 annually (based on experience)
